Baby Bump Pics

I've had a few people ask me to post some belly pics. I didn't take many before 20 weeks, because really there was very little change. I am now 25 wks prego, and while some days I look pregnant, other day I look like I had a big burrito. I usually have bad food baby + real baby, by the end of the day! (I take pics, right after breakfast, on Monday mornings.) I'm sure it'll soon change, and I'll look like a big buddha.

But being pregnant has been so much fun. I've been lucky. I love to feel her kick & move, and play little games with her to get her active. I've felt pretty good and I've had it pretty easy, now if I wasn't flying, life would be great.




Because I am struggling I can't put the weeks by the pics quite right, sooo...

Happy Birthday Hootie

I just wanted to acknowledge that Hootie had a birthday, which means I had one, too. We turned 27.

We had a busy fun weekend together. We went through the temple, and were sealed on May 9, had Hootie's birthday and Mother's day on May 10, my birthday and The BIG 3D ultrasound on May 11... we were a little busy. (We then went out of town and I haven't caught up.)

But I just wanted to let him know... Man, I've got it good! I know I brag him up, but he's brag worthy!

He is such a great guy, with an amazing work ethic, and he's good looking, too. He is a joy to be around, and most people would attest to that. He brightens up many people's day with humor and laughter.

He is a good generous person, who constantly is teaching me by example. He will drop everything, to go help someone. I've seen it alot, even this weekend, the boy doesn't quit! He always puts other's first.

I'm so excited to see him in a daddy role, and I know he will be amazing. He already shows so much love towards our daughter. He is protective, has given her nicknames, and has bought her things. I think he's actually pretty excited for his little girl!

He is great with little kids. His nieces adore him, and his nephews have even come around to decide he is alright, when he isn't picking at them .

I am so grateful for all that he does and all that he is in my life. I love him so much, and am glad I get to spend eternity with him!

Happy Mother's Day

I am sooooo behind on the bloggity thing. Things have been a little busy lately, or felt that way. I figure if people are still putting up Easter post's, I'm okay doing this since it's still the same month, right?

I wanted to tell my mom how grateful I am for her, for all she does, and for the things she has taught me in my life. She is a very special sweet lady, who has always been a great example to me. I know I can count on her for anything, and talk to her about what I need to. It's fun to have a mom that my friends always loved, that they still ask about; I had good, fun parents growing up.

I'm so excited for her to have another grandbaby who will be close by, and that my dad will finally feel like a grandpa. She had a BIG birthday this year, that I didn't post about, (It was in the middle of baby posts), let's just say she looks AMAZING, for any age, and atleast 20 years younger, than most her age.

I know you got a gift and a card, but I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You, and I LOVE YOU !

Also, a mother's day thank you to Kristie. I am so lucky to have great-in-laws, that I have fun with, get along with, and can talk to. I hear people's bad stories, and I can't even imagine. I've got it pretty good. Thanks for all you do, we love you.
